Orders are dispatched discreetly from within Australia via express tracked Australia Post. Shipping is fast — most orders arrive within 1–3 business days.

How are products packaged?

Plain, unbranded outer carton. The inner box is the standard Body Pharm sealed pharmaceutical pack with batch traceability.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced — contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.

Is this for human consumption?
