Order Processing 

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation, Monday to Wednesday only. We do not dispatch Thursday through Sunday to ensure products are not held in transit over the weekend, which could affect product integrity. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Methods and Delivery 

We ship exclusively via Australia Post Express, with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days depending on your location. Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation.

Discreet Packaging 

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure complete privacy.

Sensitive Products 

Our products are packaged with appropriate materials to maintain integrity during transit. BodyPharm Australia cannot be responsible for storage conditions once the parcel has been delivered.

Shipping Costs

Flat rate: $20 AUD via Australia Post Express. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged Goods 

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Order Cancellations 

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

Tracking and Delivery Issues 

You’ll receive tracking details by email. If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact Australia Post directly. BodyPharm Australia is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or delivery issues once the parcel is in the care of the carrier.

International Shipping 

We currently ship within Australia only. International orders are not supported.

Lost or Returned Parcels 

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will arrange redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply. No refunds will be issued for customer errors.

Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law 

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability Disclaimer 

BodyPharm Australia is not liable for third-party carrier delays, loss, or damage once the parcel is with the courier. Responsibility ends when the parcel is accepted by Australia Post, except to the extent required by law.
