To the extent permitted by law, any liability of BodyPharm Australia in relation to any product is limited to the price paid for that product or, where applicable, the replacement of that product.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
